The expected date for the DU 1st cutoff list 2021 is 1st October 2021 or in the first week of October as per the latest news.

    Delhi University Cutoff 2021 can be accessed online through the official website of Delhi University or Offline by visiting the DU Campus. After that students who qualify cutoff for different colleges and different courses can select their Course and College and can take part in the later admission process of DU admission 2021 to be started in October this year.

    DU Arts, Commerce, Science Admission List 2021

    Delhi University releases separate lists for different streams such as Arts, commerce, and science. Students can check the minimum eligibility or cutoff marks of different courses for different colleges affiliated with Delhi University. As per the latest trend generally in the first Cutoff list the cutoff for courses like B.Com(Hons) and B.A. Economics (Hons) is around 97-98 %.

    DU also offers some entrance-based courses, to take admission into such courses students need to appear for the entrance test conducted by NTA(National Testing Agency. If he/she clears the minimum qualifying criteria, they can take part in the further process of admission.

          CTET 2021 Application Process

          Registration Procedure:
          (a) Authentication Form: Fill in details like State, Identification type (select any Identity as
          applicable), Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth, and Gender.
          (b) Fill Online Application Form: Fill complete online Application Form and choose a password.
          After submission, a Registration Number/Application Number gets generated. Note down the
          Registration No./Application No. For subsequent login, the system generated Registration No.
          /Application No. and chosen Password will be used.
          Password Policy will be as follows:

          • Password must be 8 to 13 characters long.
          • Password must have at least one Upper case, one lower case alphabet and one numeric
            value and at least one special characters !@#$%^&*-
          • Candidate can change the passwords after login, if desired. New Password cannot be
            identical to any of the previous three passwords.
          • Candidate is advised not to disclose or share the password with anybody. Neither CTET nor
            NIC will be responsible for violation or misuse of the password of a candidate.
          • Candidate should log out at the end of their session so that the contents of the application
            cannot be tampered by unauthorized persons.
            Online Uploading of Scanned Images:
          • Uploading of scanned Photo and Signature are mandatory.
          • Upload scanned photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format.
          • Size of scanned photograph should be between 10 to 100 KB
          • Image Dimension of photograph should be 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).
          • Size of scanned signature should be between 3 to 30 KB.
          • Image Dimension of signature should be 3.5 cm (length) x 1.5 cm (height).
          • The candidates are advised to keep the scanned images of latest photograph and signature of the candidates ready in JPG format and as per the size and dimension specified, before applying online.
          • The scanned image of latest photograph is required to upload to avoid the inconvenience at centre, as this photograph will be matched with the actual candidate appearing in the examination

                UPSC CDS 2021: The Combined Defence Services Examination (abbreviated as CDS Exam) is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment of Commissioned Officers in the Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy.

                The Notification for the examination is usually released in the months of October and June, and the examinations are conducted in February and November respectively. Only unmarried graduates are eligible to sit for the exam. Examination is conducted twice a year.                 UPSC CDS 2021 Eligibility Criteria

                The candidates must meet the eligibility standards as set by the Union Public Service Commission for defence recruitment. Check detailed eligibility (nationality, education, age, marital status, sex) from below.

                Nationality

                A candidate should hold The Citizenship of India, subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or Tibetan refugee who had been migrated to India before January 01, 1962, with the intention of Permanent Settle, or an individual of Indian Origin migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Malawi, Zambia, Zaire & Vietnam for permanent settle purpose in India.

                Education Qualification

                For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy – The candidate should have a graduation degree (any subject) from a recognized University or equivalent.

                For Indian Naval Academy– The candidate should have completed their Graduation in Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.

                For Air Force Academy– The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.

                Age Limit 

                The candidate should fall in the age group of 20 to 24 years. The detailed age limit details are mentioned on the official notification pdf.

                Marital Status & Gender

                • For Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, only Unmarried males are eligible to apply for CDS Exam

                • For Indian Air Force Academy, both married and unmarried males can apply, however marriage during the training is not permitted

                • For Officer Training Academy, unmarried males & females can apply for CDS Exam.

                Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSC i.e. www.upsc.gov.in.

                Step 2: On the homepage, click on Examination >> Active Examinations >> Online Application for UPSC CDS 2 Exam.

                Step 3: Click on “Part-1” against Combined Defence Examination (II) 2021

                Step 4: Read all the instructions carefully and proceed by clicking on “Yes”

                Step 5: You will be redirected to a new page, start filling in your details correctly.

                The examination fee for CDS Exam is Rs. 200/- for all categories except SC/ST/Females (exempted from fee payment). The payment can be done through online/offline mode (Net Banking, Mastercard/Debit Card or cash deposit in any branch of SBI Bank) 



                UPSC CDS Cut-Off

                UPSC releases cut-off marks for CDS Exam on its official website. The candidates must score the minimum qualifying marks (i.e. 20 marks minimum in each subject) and for selection must score more than the cut-off marks. UPSC releases CDS written exam cut-off and final cut-off separately. The final cut-off for CDS 2 is expected to be out in May 2022. Check the previous year’s cut-off marks for your reference.

                  UPSC CDS 2021 SSB Interview

                  All the candidates who will successfully qualify in the written exam are required to register themselves online on the Indian Army Recruiting website joinindianarmy.nic.in within two weeks of announcement of the written test result. After that, candidates will be allotted Selection Centres and SSB Interview Dates.

                  CDS Selection Process comprises of two stages i.e. Written test and SSB Interview round.

                  • In the first stage (written exam), candidates have to attempt three papers for selection in IMA, INA, and AFA whereas OTA candidates have to attempt only 2 papers. 
                  • For better preparation, candidates should start previous years’ papers of the CDS Exam along with solutions.  
                  • In the second stage of selection, they have to appear for an Interview which will test their intelligence, personality and psychological aptitude. In order to be eligible for CDS 2021, the candidate has to qualify for both stage 1 and stage 2.
                  • UPSC will release the final cut-offs for the CDS 2021 examination soon after the conclusion of the whole process.
